There are lots of parks in Prague where you can stroll but if you really want to hike you have numerous possibilities.

Near Prague
In summer, the ski resorts are taken by assault by hikers, it contains well-marked trails.
You can hike to the top of Snezka (1602m/5255ft) the highest mountain in the Czech Republic. It is located at the Czech-Polish border in the Krkonose National Park. It is a little jaunt with some good views. At the top you will be able to see, at the west, the Czech Republic and at the East, Poland. Less tiring walks can be pursued in other natural areas, such as the Beskidy range.
The last solution is to find a club that organise hikes. A nice trek to do is the one that cross the southern part of Moravia and Bohemia. You will walk through beautiful forest, over hills, across meadows and through small tows.
Travellers can also have a lovely hike between Austria and Czech Republic, in the “Prague-Vienna corridor”, which has various hike trails. Through historic towns and villages, you will visit romantic castles, medieval churches and monasteries; you will discover old Jewish sites and enjoy some of the most charming countryside in Europe.
These kinds of hikes last several days, your luggage are generally transported by bus.

In Prague
You also have the possibility to hike in a huge park in Prague called, Divoka Sarka. You will be walking in an almost natural forest where you can seek creeks and little waterfalls.
